The ability to block other players
Be able to not only mute, completely block other players so you don't see them or hear them.

Rock Climbing
Allow certain areas on the mountains to be designated as rock climbing zones. Allow users over a certain karma level to be able to place holds on the mountain face for other users to try and use. Make it so it cannot be used with teleporting. The mountain tops are such a special place in Somnium the more you would need to work to get there the better you would feel when you saw that sunrise or moonrise. Awesome work!

Jumping in VR
Jumping is a core mechanic that is embedded into the roots of all players regardless of what console you grew up with. SS is no exception yet is sorely missing out on this feature.

A “bag” of inventory for items you can carry
I’m sure it will progress to this in the future but just like an RPG or video game you should be able carry certain items, trade, barter, merge, mix, or construct two items together, and just be able to carry items and have an inventory

Somnium Time Zone
Create the official Somnium Time Zone so everyone is on the same clock. Google sometimes does time zone conversions quite baldy, so timing events by converting different times can make someone miss it or come early. Official Somnium Time will fix it entirely

Parcel visitor Statistics
would be swell to see how many visitors per day/week/month/year cross each of your "parcel borders" ( and how long did they stay inside )

Limit Total Player Displayed in VR
While we are more often having event with 20+ player, performance issue occur more and more often. -Considering we want to optimize performance in world for everyone. -Considering Avatar heaviness is unpredictable (depending on the amount of high complexity Avatar) * I would suggest to have an option in the tablet to put a maximum amount of Displayed Avatar in VR. Putting the priority on closer avatar, this option will exchange extra avatar for energy ball or any other simple to render object. * This way, performance will be more stable, and if you move around avatars will display very fast. (Name tag will still be visible)

Visual Speach Bubbles for ability to type chat
Since the audio range is not that big I experience this a bit as an obstacle to talk to bigger crowds ... so maybe "Speech to Text" driven speech bubbles might be a nice improvement. Note from Somnium: We will be adding a keyboard typing chat support at some point.

Would be great to have some basic human model to test scale as one uses the builder

Time Travel (relive memories)
The ability to go back and relive experiences that you were a part of, and share these with others. You won't be able to relive experiences that you weren't a part of unless it is shared with you... For privacy purposes (i.e. so you don't drop in on private conversations from the past). With the live forever feature tracking and recording all data, this could just be an extension of that.
