Requesting the ability for a parcel owner to rent their parcel in an automated fashion in-world. Ideally the user would interact with the parcel in some way, send it the requested currency and immediately gain control over the parcel for a set amount of time. This would include the ability to keep funding the rental contract without needing to go to the discord to negotiate a rental agreement.
